Encounter Reconciliation
Claims reconciliation consists of prompt payment posting and follow-up of unpaid/denied claims. Many payers have made it possible to have funds directly deposited into your bank account, leaving few paper checks for deposit. All payments will go directly to your practice. Remits, or electronic EOBs, can be pulled for timely posting, and our system of preparing patient and paper check batches ensures smooth balancing.
Patient Accounting
Ideally the patient is the last stop of the revenue cycle. Once all payers have processed, any applicable patient responsibility amounts are turned over for patient statements. The patient is allotted a number of statements before they are eligible for further collections efforts. This will vary depending on practice need.
